Boles joins Greear Kramer Monaghan having previously started his own firm in 2010, focusing largely on the construction and manufacturing industries. Prior to that he worked with Moss Adams, advancing to partner in 1987. Boles has extensive knowledge and experience in overseeing complex tax operations and working in a highly specialized client service environment. Boles spent 15 years prior to the tax industry working in the construction industry as Estimator, Field Engineer and Project Manager.
